The Dubai office of leading aircraft charter specialist, Air Charter Service, is on course for its record year, having already arranged more charters so far in 2015 than any of its previous ten years.
Andrew Summers, Managing Director of ACS Middle East, commented: “We have increased the staff numbers by almost 30% this year and now have a great team here – it is a good mix of experienced staff from the region and staff from our other global offices, all pulling together in the same direction.
“The market in the region has changed with the huge scaling back of military operations into Iraq and Afghanistan over the past few years. We never relied only on this area of the market, so our business has not been impacted.
“The launch of www.airchartermideast.ae, our revamped UAE website, has certainly increased enquiries since it went live earlier this year.
“We have already beaten our record year in terms of number of charters, with still two months left in our financial year. Revenue is also currently up almost 15% year on year, so we are hoping we to continue this until the end of the year.”
