ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA - published 12.03.2020

1. Passengers and airline crew who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 28 days are not allowed to enter Antigua and Barbuda.

2. Nationals and resident diplomats of Antigua and Barbuda who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 28 days are allowed to enter Antigua and Barbuda. Airlines must provide their advance passenger information before departure.

 

ARUBA - published 18.03.2020

Passengers are not allowed to enter Aruba.

-This does not apply to residents of Aruba. They must hold an valid Aruban driving license, Aruban ID card or a valid Aruban Health Insurance Card.

-This does not apply to airline crew.

-Passengers must apply self-quarantine for 14 days.

 

BAHAMAS - published 07.03.2020

1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 20 days are not allowed to enter. 2. Residents of the Bahamas who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) will be subject to immediate quarantine for a maximum of 14 days.

 

BELIZE - published 16.03.2020

1. Nationals of Belize who have been in a European country, China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Japan or Korea (Rep.) will be subject to self-isolation.

-This does not apply to airline crew.

2. Residents of Belize who have been in a European country, China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Japan or Korea (Rep.), will be subject to self-isolation.

3. Passengers who have been in a European country, China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Japan or Korea (Rep.) in the past 30 days, are not allowed to enter Belize.

- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Belize.

 

BERMUDA - published 19.03.2020

Passengers will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days.

- This does not apply to airline crew.

 

CANADA - published 17.03.2020

Passengers who were in the cruise ship 'Diamond Princess' are subject to a mandatory 14-day isolation at a quarantine facility upon arrival in Canada.

Effective 12:01 pm EDT time, 18 March 2020:

Passengers who have been outside of Canada or USA in the past 14 days, are not allowed to enter Canada.

- This does not apply to nationals of Canada and their immediate family members.

- This does not apply to permanent residents of Canada.

- This does not apply to diplomats.

- This does not apply to airline crew.

Effective 12:01 am EDT time, 19 March 2020:

Passengers who presents Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms are not allowed to travel to Canada until:

- they can demonstrate that they are non-symptomatic; or

- they can present a medical certificate that confirms the patient does not carry the virus.

 

CAYMAN ISL. - published 19.03.2020

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Cayman Isl.

- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Cayman Isl.

- This does not apply to passengers arriving from the United Kingdom.

2. Nationals and residents of Cayman Isl. will be isolated for 14 days.

3. Passengers arriving from the United Kingdom will be isolated for 14 days.

 

COSTA RICA - published 18.03.2020

Effective 19 March 2020

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Costa Rica.

- This does not apply to nationals of Costa Rica.

- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Costa Rica.

2. Nationals and residents of Costa Rica will be required to be in isolation for a period of 14 days.

 

CURACAO - published 12.03.2020

Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Iran, Italy (provinces Lobmardy, Veneto, Emiglia Romagna, Piemonte, Aosta Valley, Trentino South Tirol, Friuli-Julisch-Venice and Liguria), Hong Kong (SAR China), Macao (SAR China), Korea (Rep.) or Singapore in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Curacao.

 

EL SALVADOR - published 12.03.2020

Passengers are not allowed to enter El Salvador.

- This does not apply to nationals of El Salvador and residents of El Salvador.

- This does not apply to passengers with a diplomatic, official, service or special passport and their immediate family members.

 

FALKLAND ISL. (MALVINAS) - published 18.03.2020

1. Passengers are subject to isolation for a period of 14 days if they develop symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19). They must contact the local hospital on 28000 for advice.

2. Passengers who arrive from or have been in Wuhan City or Hubei Province of China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Daegu or Cheongdo of Korea (Rep.), in the past 14 days, and are not a Falkland Islands resident, should not travel to the Falkland Islands. All such arrivals, including local residents, will be interviewed and medically examined on arrival. They will be required to self-isolate for 14 days.

 

GRENADA - published 18.03.2020

1. Passengers who have been in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Grenada.

- This does not apply to nationals of Grenada.

- This does not apply to residents of Grenada.

2. Nationals of China (People's Rep.) are not allowed to enter Grenada.

3. Nationals and residents of Grenada who have been in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, China (People's Rep.), Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom in the past 14 days will be put in quarantine upon arrival for a period of 14 days.

 

GUATEMALA - published 13.03.2020

1. Passengers and airline crew who have transited or have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Spain in the past 30 days are not allowed to enter Guatemala.

- This does not apply to nationals of Guatemala and residents of Guatemala.

2. Nationals and residents of Guatemala arriving from China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Spain must be in home quarantine for 7 days.

 

HAITI - published 11.03.2020

Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days, are not allowed to enter Haiti.

 

HONDURAS - published 15.03.2020

Passengers arriving from Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom are not allowed to enter Honduras.

-This does not apply to nationals of Honduras.

 

JAMAICA - published 16.03.2020

1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, France, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Singapore, Spain or United Kingdom in the last 14 days will not be allowed to enter Jamaica.

-This does not apply to nationals and residents of Jamaica.

2.Nationals of Jamaica and residents of Jamaica, who have been in the above-mentioned countries in the last 14 days will be subject to health assessment and quarantine.

3.Passengers who have been in the above-mentioned countries and have been granted landing privileges will be assessed by the Ministry of Health and Wellness and:

- those classified as high risk will be quarantined in government facilities;

- those classified as low-risk will be quarantined at home under the supervision of the Parish Health Department.

- those who display any symptom of Coronavirus (COVID-19) will be placed in immediate isolation at a health facility.

 

PANAMA: published 19.03.2020

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Panama.

- This does not apply to nationals of Panama.

- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Panama.

2. Nationals and residents of Panama must be in home quarantine for 14 days.

 

ST.KITTS AND NEVIS - published 19.03.2020

Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore, Spain or United Kingdom will be screened and put into a mandatory quarantine of 14 days if deemed necessary.

 

ST. LUCIA - published 18.03.2020

1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore, Spain or United Kingdom in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter.

- This does not apply to nationals and residents of St. Lucia.

2. Passengers who have been in the USA and who develop respiratory signs and symptoms will be isolated and tested for COVID-19.

- This does not apply to nationals and residents of St. Lucia.

3. Nationals and residents of St. Lucia with a travel history to China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), France, Germany, Iran, Japan, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Singapore, Spain, USA or United Kingdom will be quarantined for 14 days.

 

ST. MAARTEN - published 18.03.2020

1. Passengers are not allowed to enter St. Maarten.

-This does not apply to residents of St. Maarten or Saint Martin (FWI). They must hold a proof of residence, which can be a St. Maarten/ Saint Martin driving license or a St. Maarten ID/ Saint Martin carte d'identite or a St. Maarten/Saint Martin registration document.

-This does not apply to airline crew.

-This does not apply to passengers who are specialists with evidence of traveling at the invitation of the Government of St. Maarten.

2. Residents of St. Maarten must self-quarantine for 14 days.

3. Airline crew that are overnighting must undergo a mandatory self-quarantine.

 

ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES - published 24.02.2020

Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China) or Singapore in the past 14 days will not be allowed to enter St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

 

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO - published 13.03.2020

1. Passengers and crew members who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore or Spain in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Trinidad and Tobago.

- This does not apply to nationals of Trinidad and Tobago.

- This does not apply to passengers who reside in Trinidad and Tobago

2. Nationals of Trinidad and Tobago who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore or Spain in the past 14 days will be put in immediate isolation.

3. Passengers who are permanent residents of Trinidad and Tobago and who have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Singapore or Spain in the past 14 days will be put in immediate isolation.

 

TURKS AND CAICOS ISL. - published 12.03.2020

1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Singapore in the past 21 days are not allowed to enter Turks and Caicos.

- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Turks and Caicos.

2. Nationals and residents of Turks and Caicos who have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Macao (SAR China), Singapore in the past 21 days are subject to quarantine for 14 days.

 

USA - published 17.03.2020

1. Passengers who have transited or have been in Austria, Belgium, China (People's Rep.), Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or in the United Kingdom (excluding overseas territories outside of Europe), in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.

-This does not apply to:

a. nationals of the USA;

b. permanent residents of the USA;

c. passengers arriving in the US on flights that departed before 23:59 EDT on 13 March 2020;

d. the spouse of a national of the USA;

e. the souse of a permanent resident of the US;

f. the parent/legal guardian of an unmarried and younger than 21 years national or permanent resident of the USA;

g. the unmarried and younger than 21 years brother or sister of a national or permanent resident of the USA, who is unmarried and younger than 21 years;

h. the child/foster child/ward of a national or permanent resident of the USA;

i. passengers with an IR-4 or IH-4 visa;

j. passengers with a C-1, D, or C-1/D visa;

k. passengers with an A-1, A-2, C-2, C-3, E-1, G-1, G-2, G-3, G-4, NATO-1 through NATO-4, or NATO-6 visa;

l. members of the U.S. Armed Forces, spouses, and children of members of the U.S. Armed Forces;

m. passengers with evidence of traveling at the invitation of the USA government for a purpose related to the containment/mitigation of the Coronavirus (COVID-19);

n. passengers with documents issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or U.S. Department of State indicating that the passenger is exempt from the restriction.

2. Passengers who have been in one of the countries listed in bullet number 1 in the past 14 days but are exempt from the restriction to enter the USA, must arrive at one of the following airports: Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Chicago (ORD), Dallas, (DFW), Detroit (DTW), Honolulu (HNL), Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA), New York (JFK or EWR), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA) and Washington (IAD).
