We have been receiving an increasing number of requests for charters relating to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak and can give the following updates:
ACS Transatlantic and Transpacific Cargo Capacity
Following the US travel restrictions recently announced, our global offices have been sourcing capacity and can advise that there are solutions including the below currently available.
We would like to remind all customers that along with charter capacity we can source private jets for small time critical shipments along with on board couriers on routes not currently affected by travel restrictions.
For charters out of China & South East Asia, we can confirm that our Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, & Singapore offices are still operational and are in constant contact with local airlines.
We would advise all clients to contact your account manager sooner rather than later if you have any requirements so we have a better chance of securing capacity on your behalf.

Private Jets update regarding US travel restrictions
Following the announcement that the US is implementing travel restrictions on non-us citizens who are travelling from or have recently visited 26 European countries as of Midnight EDT on Friday 13th, ACS would like to update customers on current charter availability as well as some information about our current understanding of the travel restrictions.

Our understanding based on the communications so far is as follows:
- We can confirm that the restrictions are not in place currently for travel from the United Kingdom and Ireland.
- Any passengers who are not US citizens, permanent residents, or on the exceptions list below who are traveling from or who have been to any of the following 26 countries in the past 14 days will not be allowed to enter the US
- Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland
The Exceptions are:
- US citizens or permanent residents
- Unmarried siblings of US citizens or permanent residents under age of 21
- Any Children, Foster Children or ward of a US citizen or permanent resident or prospective adoptee.
Members of the Armed Forces, their spouses and Children
- ACS are still currently able to arrange private jet charters from the UK and mainland Europe to and from the US and Canada subject to permits.
