While the event is hosted in Miami, you won’t be limited to art from North American galleries. Galleries from Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa and North America will be in attendance. If you’re looking for new talent, the Positions Sector of Art Basel will provide an area for single artists to exhibit one major project. Editions, Kabinett exhibitors, and Survey exhibitors will also be available. And if you’re wondering whether film and magazines count as art, they most certainly do. Films will available to view on a 7,000-square-foot projection wall.
And after a day exploring the galleries, Miami Beach becomes your playground. Rub shoulders with influencers and socialites and at one of the many parties that Art Basel is known for.
