Getting an orchestra from across East Asia to their next concert
Our group charter experts in London were contacted by a European orchestra touring Asia, needing an aircraft charter to their next show. Organisers wanted to transport the 110 passengers together with their luggage and outsized instruments. With airspace and regulatory restrictions as well as limited aircraft availability posing a challenge, we got straight to work on a solution.

Utilising our Korean speaking team at ACS Hong Kong to liaise with local airlines, we sourced a Boeing jetliner with plenty of space in the cabin for the musicians and their instruments.
One of our team was there to assist on the day of departure, overseeing the boarding process and even accompanying the group on the flight. Everything ran smoothly and the orchestra made it to their next performance in perfect timing.
