A pharmaceutical company urgently needed to send HIV medication to a customer in Lagos, Nigeria - we delivered in just over 24 hours.
OUR SOLUTION
US citizens cannot fly into Nigeria without a visa, and vice versa for Nigerian citizens. As we had a very small window in which to deliver the medication, we utilised couriers who had the relevant visas, and had them meet at the midway point. Our New York Operations Team picked up the package and took it to JFK airport where it flew with one of our frequent fliers to Frankfurt, where he passed it on to one of our couriers with a Nigerian visa, allowing him to then continue to Lagos and deliver the package, just 26 hours after the initial enquiry was made.
