In June 2023, a talent agency got in touch to arrange a charter for a musician and their entourage to fly to their next show in China. The client wanted an evening flight, as this would allow them to get a good night’s sleep in Changsha before another busy day. A private jet charter solution was the best way for them to travel in privacy, whilst offering the convenience and flexibility needed to fulfil their demanding schedule.

With almost two weeks until the departure date, we had enough lead time to contact several operators for the best availability. Within an hour, we had secured an aircraft that could accommodate the client’s timings.
The day before the flight, the musician asked to depart an hour later than planned, to ensure they had enough time to complete their show and get to the airport. We contacted the operator straightaway to make sure they could accommodate a later departure.
