With the high-profile client’s travel to Jakarta already sorted, we were tasked with arranging a connecting flight to the event on the island of Lombok. Knowing the travel agent had been given a fixed budget for the trip, we set about finding the most cost-effective solution for their requirements.

With the group arriving and departing from different airports in Jakarta, we arranged ground transport to transfer them between the two locations in time for their connecting flight.
One of our team met the passengers at the departure airport and accompanied them to the waiting aircraft, maintaining their privacy and making sure no photos were taken.
