Last night Air Charter Service picked up the prestigious award of ‘International Air Charter Provider of the Year in Africa’ at The STAT Trade Times awards ceremony in Johannesburg.
The gala night, held in conjunction with industry exhibition Air Cargo Africa, took place at The Barnyard Theatre, Rovonia, on the outskirts of South Africa’s largest city. Lyndee du Toit, ACS Africa CEO, accepted the award and said: “We have won many awards over the past decade, but ones voted for by our peers are always the most precious to us. We opened ACS Africa in Johannesburg ten years ago and to win this award in 2019 is a perfect birthday present!
“We are delighted with the accolade, thank you so much to all our customers and suppliers that have voted for us. It’s a great honour to receive the award and it means so much to all our staff here in Africa and around the globe – this award is for them.
“Thank you again for taking the time to confirm us as the world’s leading cargo aircraft charter broker.”
