Jacksons International Airport
Jacksons International Airport, which is often referred to as Port Moresby Airport, is the largest airport in Papua New Guinea. The airport is situated 8 kilometres outside of the capital of Papua New Guinea, Port Moresby. The airport has two passenger terminals, one international terminal and one domestic terminal. The two terminals are connected via a foot bridge. The airport originally had two runways but the shorter of the two has now closed. The airport is capable of accommodating aircraft of varying sizes.
