ACS consolidates private jet management team for Greater China region

Leading aircraft charter specialist, Air Charter Service, has further integrated its Hong Kong and Mainland China private jet management, making internal promotions to create the regional leadership team of Mia Deng and Chris Phillips.

James Royds-Jones, Regional Director of ACS Greater China, said of the appointments: “Mia and Chris have both built long and truly impressive careers at ACS after joining the company eight and 12 years ago respectively. With Mia based in our Shanghai office and Chris in our Hong Kong operation, each has individually proven they can lead and build successful teams from the ground up. They will now be working together much closer on a wider strategy with the private jets team, which is now more than 20 people strong across the region.

“They are absolutely the right choice to further strengthen ties across Greater China and unlock the growth we know is ahead. We had our strongest year in the region in 2025, and we’ve seen a further 7% growth so far this year, after the first quarter.
